Jobwell began with a conviction its founders shared: a growing U.S. business and a talented Egyptian professional shouldn't be kept apart by distance, time zones, or the usual friction of hiring abroad. So they built a more direct route between the two, for reliable creative, marketing, and operational support that feels close, not outsourced.

Jobwell works because one standard runs through the whole team, on both sides of the bridge.

It started with a simple observation from both sides of the Atlantic. In Alexandria, Egypt, we found a deep pool of skilled professionals with few paths to the kind of work they were capable of. In the US, we saw small businesses squeezed by rising costs and growing marketing demands, unable to hire the talent they needed at the rates they could afford. Our founding team brought together firsthand experience building and running agencies, a working operation on the ground in Egypt, and a clear-eyed understanding of what expanding small businesses actually need. We built Jobwell to close that gap. Egyptian talent stands shoulder to shoulder with what you would find in the US, and our mission is to connect that talent to American businesses as a genuine extension of their team, delivering reliable, high-quality support across creative and media marketing
