Privacy Policy
Jobwell Staffing LLC
Effective date: August 10, 2026 • Last updated: August 10, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Jobwell Staffing LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“Jobwell,” “we,” “us,” “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information through jobwellstaffing.com and in the course of providing our staffing services. Jobwell places office-based professional talent located in Egypt with businesses in the United States. Information moves between countries as a normal part of what we do, and this policy explains how. If you are a candidate applying through Jobwell, a separate Candidate Privacy Notice also applies to you. It is provided during the application process and is available at jobwellstaffing.com/candidate-privacy.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us. If you contact us or request information: name, business email, phone number, company name, job title, and whatever you include in your message. If you apply for a role: name, contact details, city and country of residence, CV or resume, employment and education history, skills and certifications, language proficiency, availability, compensation expectations, references you provide, assessment and skills test responses, and interview recordings and transcripts where you have consented to recording. We verify candidate identity during the process but do not collect or retain copies of government-issued identification documents. If you become a client: business contact details, contract and billing information, and correspondence with us. If you are placed through us: engagement records, timesheets, attendance, performance feedback, and payment details.
2.2 Information collected automatically. When you visit jobwellstaffing.com, we and our service providers collect IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and cookie or similar identifiers.
2.3 Visitor identification. Please read this section carefully. We use a third-party business visitor identification service on our website. This technology attempts to match the IP address and other technical signals from your visit against commercial databases in order to identify the company you work for and, in some cases, you as an individual. Information it may produce includes your name, business email address, employer, and job title, even if you never filled out a form or otherwise gave us your details. We use this information to understand which businesses are interested in our services and to contact potential clients about staffing services. If you do not want us to hold information identified this way, email privacy@jobwellstaffing.com and we will delete it and suppress future identification of you where the service allows.
2.4 Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from job boards, professional networking platforms, publicly available professional profiles, referrals from candidates or partners, training and educational institutions, and our clients. 2.5 Information we do not collect. We do not ask for information about your race, ethnicity, religion, political affiliation, health, sexual orientation, biometric identifiers, or precise geolocation. If you volunteer such information, we use it only for the purpose you provided it and delete it when that purpose ends. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate candidates and match them to open roles; present candidate profiles to clients; verify identity, work history, and references; provide, administer, and invoice for services; manage active placements; market our services; operate, secure, analyze, and improve our website and systems; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. 3.1 Automated tools in candidate evaluation. We use software that ranks and scores candidate responses to help our team prioritize review. This tool does not decide anything on its own. A member of our team reviews every application before it enters our system, reviews the ranked output, and makes every shortlisting, rejection, and placement decision. To learn more about your application evaluation or contest an outcome, email privacy@jobwellstaffing.com.
4. Categories of third parties we share information with
We share personal information with clients and prospective clients when we present a candidate or manage an active placement; service providers including Vercel, Supabase, Google Workspace and Google Drive, Fathom, analytics and advertising providers, and payment processors; advertising and visitor identification providers; professional advisers; government authorities and law enforcement where required; and acquirers or successors in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets. 4.1 Advertising technology and “sale” or “sharing.” We do not sell personal information for money. However, we use advertising and visitor identification technology, including a Meta advertising pixel and a business visitor identification service. Under some state privacy laws, this can be treated as selling or sharing because data is disclosed to third parties who may use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, email privacy@jobwellstaffing.com, use your browser’s privacy controls, or send a Global Privacy Control signal.
5. International transfers
Jobwell operates in the United States. Our affiliated Egyptian company, JW Solutions, operates in Alexandria, Egypt. Personal information is transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and Egypt. Our infrastructure providers store data in the United States: Vercel and Supabase host our internal applicant tracking and CRM systems, our Google Workspace account is configured for United States data storage, and Fathom stores recordings and transcripts in the United States. Where we transfer candidate information out of Egypt, we do so in accordance with Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2018 and on the basis described in our Candidate Privacy Notice.
6. Cookies, analytics, and tracking
Our website uses essential cookies, Framer analytics, Google Analytics, Meta advertising pixel, and Steerco, a business visitor identification service. Third parties, including Google, Meta, and Steerco, may collect information about your online activities over time and across websites when you use our site. Their practices are governed by their own privacy policies. There is no industry-accepted standard for Do Not Track signals, and we do not currently respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals where we can detect them. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.
